Bountiful Harvest Redux

I continue to visit my garden in search of materials both for my sustenance and to feed my craft. The acknowledgements and references of Bountiful Harvest Redux are many – but particularly I tips me lid to Edward Weston, and before him Karl Blossfeldt.

The toning is a nod to those lovely Agfa papers, RecordRapid and Portriga, as well as the collodion wet plate processes. And the sheet film rebates, in this Instance a complete artifice, where the images were born of a flatbed scanner, and have never been near a camera or a wet darkroom, hark back to my college days when the various emulsions and manufacturers vied for my attention to their products.
